Kilim Patchwork Rugs
Kilim Patchworks are produced from older Turkish Kilim Rugs. A Kilim is a flat woven kind of carpet. Our special collection of Unique Rug Store Kilim Patchworks are produced from rugs that are between 30 and 70 years old. We've taken these antique Kilim rugs and cut them into smaller pieces. From here, the pieces are sewn together to form new designs and sizes. We use a special technique when weaving, giving the carpet a thinner and cover-like quality. The backside of the rug is cotton fabric.
